This Learning management system (LMS) has been developed by M/s Liqvid e-learning services, contracted and selected by WFP through its own rigorous and transparent procurement processes. WFP is the lead technical partner to the Government of Uttar Pradesh (GoUP) for improving the quality, demand, and consumption of supplementary nutrition distributed as Take-Home Ration (THR) under the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) scheme. In this regard, WFP has collaborated with the Department of Women and Child Development, Uttar Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihoods Mission (UPSRLM).
